      Scott has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, specialising in debt advisory advice for clients. He works with corporate clients, private equity firms, not-for-profit organisations, government departments, and government business enterprises to assess funding options, develop capital strategies, and execute debt transactions. He has extensive experience in the areas of debt raisings, refinancing, upsizing, and restructuring of debt facilities.

      Known for his ability to deliver independent, commercially grounded insights, Scott draws from his vast experience across a range of transactions to develop leading funding structures for his clients. He is particularly passionate about financing in the infrastructure, housing, health, education, and energy sectors.

      Throughout his career, Scott has advised clients across a broad range of sectors, including industrials, consumer and retail, agribusiness, healthcare, education, human services, financial services, infrastructure, power & utilities, and real estate. He has delivered a wide spectrum of funding solutions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated, club and bilateral corporate debt, securitisation, asset-backed finance, project and infrastructure finance, and social and sustainable debt instruments.

      In 2002, Scott joined KPMG and became a Partner in 2009.
