      For more than 25 years, Scott has advised government, corporate, not-for-profit and institutional clients on capital strategy, debt advisory and complex financing transactions across Australia and the Pacific.

      Scott combines his extensive experience in debt markets with his knowledge of infrastructure and public sector financing to develop leading funding structures for clients.

      He advises on capital strategy, debt raising, refinancing and complex financing transactions. Working closely with organisations, he assists with funding challenges, improvements to capital structures and access to debt markets to support growth, investment, and transformation.

      Specialising in infrastructure, energy transition, and blended finance, he works with public sector organisations, multilateral development banks, financial institutions, and private sector investors to structure funding that mobilises commercial, concessional, and institutional capital.

      Scott joined KPMG in 2002 and became a Partner in 2009.
