      Sheila leads the National People in Deal Advisory practice for KPMG Australia. She has over 15 years' experience in transactions, people deal strategy, organisation design and change management within the specialised context of mergers and acquisitions.

      Skilled in the design and delivery of tailored employee transition journeys, Sheila guides her clients through the complex M&A landscape from pre-deal due diligence to post deal stabilisation. She provides support to assess and manage people and HR risks, and assists with adherence to compliance requirements across both Australian and international transactions.

      Working with clients both locally and internationally, Sheila builds strong customer relationships to get a greater understanding of their unique requirements. With extensive industry, sector and consulting experience, Sheila applies industry trends to deliver customised organisation design, process improvement and organisational change programs.

      A highly dedicated and motivated leader, Sheila established the National People in Deal Advisory team in 2020, when she joined KPMG. She manages relationships for multiple Australian clients and can provide executive coaching support as required.
