Will is a Director in KPMG’s Working Capital Advisory practice specialising in leading cash and working capital improvement programs. He leads with a pragmatic, data-led approach to delivering sustainable cash flow benefits through releasing trapped cash and improving cash culture of his clients.
With over 15 years’ experience across Australia and the UK his experience includes working capital optimisation, cash flow forecasting and review, financial due diligence, and supporting clients identifying working capital financing solutions.
He has led end-to-end working capital optimisation programs across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory cycles for ASX-listed organisations and corporates, consistently identifying and delivering sustainable improvements in cash performance.
He also supports clients through M&A transactions by identifying cash upside opportunities and partnering with clients to drive delivery of these benefits both pre and post-deal.
In addition to his working capital improvement expertise, Will brings a unique commercial perspective to his clients gained from prior experience in corporate turnaround and mergers and acquisitions.
