As an Associate Director within KPMG Australia’s Working Capital Advisory practice, Louise supports organisations to improve cash flow, strengthen payment time outcomes and deliver value through data‑driven insights. She works closely with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans.
Her commercial experience includes leading post deal integrations, pre-deal exits, finance function and operational change initiatives.
Both within KPMG and in the public and not‑for‑profit sectors, Louise has held senior finance positions across strategy, value creation and finance transformation.
