      Julie leads KPMG Australia’s national Salesforce capability. Based in Sydney, she helps organisations unlock value from Salesforce, data and AI investments by transforming customer experiences, modernising operations and accelerating growth.

      For more than 23 years, Julie has worked across consulting, technology and financial services. She specialises in Salesforce-led transformation, customer experience, digital strategy and AI-enabled business change. Working closely with executive teams, Julie facilitates design and delivery of large-scale transformation programs that improve customer engagement, increase operational efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes.

      Julie is passionate about helping organisations harness Salesforce and AI to create lasting value for customers, employees and shareholders. She combines her deep industry experience with hands-on transformation expertise to help organisations navigate change and deliver sustainable growth.

      In 2026, Julie joined KPMG as a Partner. Prior to KPMG, Julie held leadership roles with major digital transformation organisations, where she advised organisations on technology adoption, customer success and business transformation. She held executive positions with several international banks, leading complex digital banking, customer experience and operational transformation initiatives.
