With expertise in pre- and post-deal integration/separation planning and execution, Wendyn has worked on a number of large, complex, cross-border engagements across Australia, UK, Europe and Africa. He has also led a number of large-scale projects for Australian state governments and leading Australian banks, enabling them to deliver on non-core asset disposals.
