      Anubha is a Partner for Identity & Access Management within KPMG Australia’s Technology Consulting practice. She has more than 20 years of global experience advising organisations on identity, cyber security, and control transformation across financial services, insurance, and higher education sectors. She helps boards, executives, and regulators navigate complex identity and access challenges while enabling secure digital transformation at scale.

      An experienced thought leader in the future of identity, Anubha is actively shaping AI-era identity governance, including non-human identities, agentic identity, identity posture management and runtime access control. She focuses on helping organisations govern human, machine and AI-agent identities as part of a unified trust and accountability framework positioning identity as the control plane for secure innovation. She specialises in designing modern IAM strategies, governance models and control frameworks that strengthen cyber resilience, improve regulatory confidence and enable secure digital transformation.

      In 2022, Anubha joined KPMG and became a partner in 2024. Prior to KPMG, Anubha managed her own startup of Identity & Cyber innovation services in Australia, providing specialised services to healthcare providers and related bodies.
