      Keirstyn is the Local Government Lead for KPMG Australia. She is highly experienced in business transformation and government service delivery. As a specialist in policy with a strong focus on engagement and collaboration, Keirstyn develops future-focused, outcome-based strategies to address the complex problems her clients face.

      Experienced across local, state, and federal government, Keirstyn uses her extensive knowledge of public sector transformation as well as operational and service delivery to assist local councils. She focuses on a range of strategic and tactical requirements including strategic planning, operational improvements, and whole-of-council transformation projects to help councils become more agile, efficient, digitally capable and customer-focused.

      In 2021, Keirstyn joined KPMG and became a partner in 2024. Prior to KPMG she worked in executive and senior management roles for local council, state government and within the healthcare industry.
