Olivia is a Partner in KPMG Australia’s Technology Consulting practice. She has over 20 years’ experience providing technology consulting services to a range of organisations. Olivia leads KPMG's ServiceNow Alliance for Australia. Her experience includes working with clients on digital innovation programs and she has been responsible for the successful execution and delivery of a broad range of initiatives related to ServiceNow governance risk and controls and employee workflow transformation, customer digital transformation and analytics programs.
Olivia has a transformational and inspirational leadership style that is focused on the attainment of high performance which encourages teams to achieve aspirational goals while embedding individual accountability. Olivia is married with three teenage children.
