Melanie brings global experience across the development and implementation of supplier human rights and social impact programs, with particular expertise in responsible sourcing. She has specific experience in supply chain mapping, modern slavery and human rights risks assessments and the development of strategies and plans to manage and report on social procurement and risks. Melanie combines on-the-ground experience working with suppliers globally including in UK, Sri Lanka, China, Cambodia and Vietnam with pragmatic know how, to drive accountability for impacts on people.
