Tom Neill is a tax advisor with over 20 years of experience in US and UK taxation, specializing in supporting American expatriates and non-US individuals with US connections and managing annual tax compliance obligations.
Since relocating from London to Bermuda in 2019, Tom has focused on complex US tax matters. Tom advises individuals, and works with trustees, settlors, and beneficiaries of non-US trusts to address the US tax rules for foreign trusts. He also supports Bermuda-based companies that employ U.S. persons and/or send business visitors to the U.S.
His practical approach and technical expertise help clients resolve complex tax matters with clear, workable solutions.
Tom serves as Chair of the Corporate Citizenship Committee and is committed to giving back to the community, being no stranger to a “Walk the Plank” fundraiser. When not in the office, Tom can frequently be spotted running along Front Street and the Railway Trail.
