Step 2: Interview

Your interview will happen either virtually or in-person:

If your interview is conducted virtually, you will receive details on how to access the virtual interview platform and download it before your interview, along with more information on some available features through the platform.
If your interview is conducted in-person, your recruiter or one of our Recruitment Coordinators will contact you to schedule a time and with details and instructions for the interview.

Step 3: Practical Assessment (if applicable)

After your interview, you may be asked to complete an assessment. This depends on the job you are applying for as not all service lines require an assessment as part of the interview process. If your role requires an assessment, you will be provided with instructions to prepare you ahead of your practical assessment interview.

Step 4: Offer

Congratulations! If you are successful in the interview process, our recruitment team will call you with the next steps. Then, you will receive your official offer letter digitally. Welcome to KPMG!
