      Igniting the future: our scholarship, internship and recruitment programs​

      High school students

      The purpose of KPMG’s high school scholarship and internship program is to provide a platform for the advancement of Black high school students nationwide. Our goal is to empower them in realizing their full potential through exposure to opportunities at KPMG that align with their aspirations.

      High school programs

      Develop your skills for the future and explore career paths as you navigate high school and beyond.

      KPMG has collaborated with ICON Talent Partners to create a scholarship, internship and mentorship program for Black high school students.

      KPMG and ABEEL provide scholarship, internship and mentorship opportunities for Black youth.

      KPMG and CPA Canada offer a mentorship program for Indigenous high school students.


      Post-secondary students

      The purpose of this program is to provide a platform for the advancement of Indigenous and Black post-secondary students, and post-secondary students with Disabilities nationwide. Our goal is to enable the achievement of their maximum potential by introducing them to opportunities at KPMG that match their goals and ambitions.

      Indigenous student programs

      Supporting Indigenous students in their academic and professional development.

      The KPMG and CNIB scholarship was created to alleviate financial barriers, promote access and inclusivity, and to support post-secondary students who are blind, Deafblind, or have low vision with their education.

      This collaboration with University of Alberta's Business School aims to support student success.

      At KPMG, we are signatories of the Black North Initiative, pledging to achieve 5% Black student hires by 2025.


      Experienced professionals

      Specialisterne


      KPMG has been collaborating with Specialisterne to recruit experienced neurodivergent individuals nationwide on a yearly basis. ​

      We host firm-wide neurodiversity education sessions and have an internal neurodiversity portal where training, resources and information is housed. This content is used to educate and foster awareness, allyship and advocacy.​


      Advancing equity with our community organizations

      KPMG collaborates with the CAUFP through programs that facilitate the advancement of Black professionals.

      KPMG has teamed up with the Presidents Group in British Columbia to support the evolution of our disability inclusion employment practices.

      KPMG collaborates with the CCAB through programs, tools, training, and events to strengthen Aboriginal business communities.

      KPMG has teamed up with CILAR to create platforms that break down systemic barriers for a truly inclusive future.

      KMPG and Windmill Microlending have teamed up to empower Canada's Newcomers to secure employment that matches their education, experience, and skills.

      KPMG has committed to an engagement with Jack.org which focusses on empowering young leaders to revolutionize mental health.

      In collaboration with Ascend Canada, we support education and mentoring of the Pan-Asian community.

      KPMG has collaborated with Pride@Work Canada to help advance inclusion of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community
