High school students
The purpose of KPMG’s high school scholarship and internship program is to provide a platform for the advancement of Black high school students nationwide. Our goal is to empower them in realizing their full potential through exposure to opportunities at KPMG that align with their aspirations.
Post-secondary students
The purpose of this program is to provide a platform for the advancement of Indigenous and Black post-secondary students, and post-secondary students with Disabilities nationwide. Our goal is to enable the achievement of their maximum potential by introducing them to opportunities at KPMG that match their goals and ambitions.

KPMG has been collaborating with Specialisterne to recruit experienced neurodivergent individuals nationwide on a yearly basis.
We host firm-wide neurodiversity education sessions and have an internal neurodiversity portal where training, resources and information is housed. This content is used to educate and foster awareness, allyship and advocacy.
