In addition to my role as a tax litigator, I’m very proud to chair the firm’s Black Professionals Network (BPN) in Québec, whose members include employees who are members of the Black community as well as allies. Together, we promote an inclusive work environment, build awareness in the business community, and work to reduce the gap among Black professionals as they advance in their careers. I’m proud to see engagement among our young professionals in the BPN, as it enables them to build their career and network of contacts.

As a new mom, I appreciate the flexibility that KPMG offers me, whether in managing my schedule or with the 50 hours of personal time offered each year. We are fortunate to have a number of internal committees at KPMG in Quebec, including the Community of present and aspiring parents, which aims to combine career and responsible parenthood by offering tools and support.
