Noorin is an inclusion, diversity, and equity leader passionate about removing barriers and enabling people and organizations to navigate the path towards inclusion, diversity, and equity by: creating and implementing equitable talent processes, developing and delivering unbiasing education, creating meaningful relationships with diverse communities, and providing strategies on how to embed an inclusive culture.
Professionally, the origins of her passion stems from seeing the need across many organizations and industries to create structure in the recruitment process in order to make evidence-based and equitable hiring decisions, and personally from being the daughter of immigrant parents from East Africa and now raising multi-racial children. All of these experiences are what inspire her to work towards making the world a more inclusive place where there is shared prosperity for all.
