For more than 29 years, Brad Rolph has helped multinational companies address their transfer pricing issues. Brad has developed and used complex models to help multinational enterprises design, execute and support their transfer pricing policies, while also helping clients defend their policies against challenges from tax authorities in multiple countries. In addition, Brad has extensive expert witness and litigation support experience.

He has dealt with issues in, but not limited to, over 20 different industries globally. He was the first economist hired by any accounting firm in Canada to practice transfer pricing exclusively. Brad has held several leadership positions including Joint Global Head of Transfer Pricing and National Transfer Pricing Leader, a Vice-President, and the Chief Economist of Canadian transfer pricing practice at various other firms. Brad also has tax and fiscal policy experience with the province of Ontario.

Brad has testified on transfer pricing-related matters at the Tax Court of Canada and at a general rate hearing in the hydro-electricity industry. Brad also has global experience having testified on a transfer pricing-related matter in an arbitration case heard at the Netherlands Institute of Arbitration. The International Tax Review recognizes Brad as one of Canada’s highly regarded transfer pricing practitioners in its World TP Guide.

Brad is a frequent speaker and commentator on transfer pricing matters. He has contributed to multiple publications, and was one of Canada’s reporters on the Future of Transfer Pricing at the International Fiscal Association’s 71st Annual Congress in Rio de Janeiro. Brad has participated as a tutorial leader at the Chartered Professional Accountants’ In-Depth Transfer Pricing course.
