Dov Whitman

Dov specializes in representing clients in their tax litigation against the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec. He acts for mining operations, pharmaceutical companies, private equity firms, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals on a wide array of taxation matters.

Dov helps clients quickly and efficiently resolve their tax disputes at all stages, from audit through court representation, on matters that include mining taxation, transfer pricing, aggressive tax planning, complex financial transactions and GST/HST. In 2015, Dov and his teammate won the Sopinka Cup, a national annual trial advocacy competition in Canada organized by the Advocates’ Society
