On December 10, 2020, the Quebec Superior Court of Justice, Commercial List (the "Court") issued a bankruptcy order against 4298632 Canada Limited ("429" or the "Debtor"). KPMG Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of 429 (the "Trustee").
