On June 29, 2026, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta (the "Court") issued an order (the "Initial CCAA Order") pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA"). This order provided for certain relief, including a stay of proceedings against MTE Logistix Limited Partnership, MLG GP Ltd., Active Warehousing Inc., Hydrive Forklift & Equipment Inc., MTE Logistix Calgary Inc., MTE Logistix Edmonton Inc., MTE Logistix Management Inc., and Porter Warehousing & Distribution Inc. (collectively, the "MTE Group”) and ordered that KPMG Inc. be appointed as Court-appointed monitor of the Applicants (in such capacity, the “Monitor”).
