On April 12th, 2017, 6450857 Canada inc., (the "Company" or the "Debtor") filed a notice of intention to file a proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) and KPMG Inc. (“KPMG”) has consented to act as Trustee under the proposal.
The Company was deemed to have filed an assignment on the 23rd day of September 2017, due to the non-filing of the proposal and KPMG Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt.
