      • KPMG will support you financially and with time credits, enabling you to become a Swiss Certified Public Accountant, while also completing additional advisory-specific technical trainings.
      • Start: 1 April or 17 September 2026
      • Locations for Audit: Basel, Bern, Zug/Lucerne or Zurich
      • Location for Advisory: Zurich
      • Duration: 4 years, you will work at least 6 months in Audit Corporates and at least 4 months in Advisory each year
      • Employment contract: permanent

      Your rotations

      Advisory


      Your advisory deployments can take place in any one of these Advisory teams: Finance & Treasury Management, Assurance Technology Group, Accounting Advisory Services or Corporate Sustainability Services.

      • You will provide advice to national and international clients of various industries.
      • You will actively collaborate on client projects and proposals.
      • You will support our project managers during all phases of the project.
      • You will analyze data and produce reports, analyses and statistics.

      Audit

      • You will audit group and annual financial statements under Swiss and international accounting principles (Code of Obligations, IFRS, US GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER) on-site at our client’s premises.
      • You will take a closer look at material business processes, such as the accounts receivable/sales process and provide support for complex transactions, such as corporate mergers or the calculation of deferred taxes.

      What are we looking for?

      Requirements for candidates applying to the Graduate Program Audit & Advisory:

      • Strong academic record

        You graduated with an above-average Bachelor’s or Master’s in economics or business or, if starting in Assurance Technology Group, ideally in business informatics.

      • First professional experience

        You have some professional experience (as an intern) in the areas audit, accounting, controlling or in business consulting.

      • Language skills

        You have excellent German and English skills.

      • Characteristics

        You are team player, you are ambitious, flexible and have perseverance.

      • Skills

        You work well under pressure and dispose of excellent analytical and communication skills.

      • Interests

        You are very interested in topics related to auditing and management consulting.
