Simon is a Partner in the Valuation & Financial Modelling Services team. He is a corporate finance specialist with over 15 years of experience in Valuation, Modelling, M&A and Corporate Development.
At KPMG, Simon delivers business valuations as well as valuations of intangible assets, for transaction purposes (e.g., M&A, joint ventures, fairness opinions), financial reporting (e.g., purchase price allocations, impairment tests) and tax purposes including complex legal and tax restructurings. He also manages modelling engagements (e.g., business plans).
Before joining KPMG, Simon has worked on various M&A deals, both in advisory and in-house roles.
Simon serves some of KPMG’s largest multinational clients, as well as SMEs and family-owned businesses. He supports clients operating in various industries, including FMCG, industrials, life sciences and commodity trading.
