Josh Martin is a Senior Deal Advisory Partner at KPMG Switzerland and, as Global Head of Transaction Services, leads a worldwide network of KPMG professionals supporting clients across the firm’s global platform.
With nearly 30 years at KPMG, Josh has built his career around helping clients execute successful and often highly complex cross-border and transformational M&A transactions. He has supported deals in more than 50 countries and is known for cultivating long-term, trusted client relationships. His specialist focus lies in sell-side advisory, particularly complex carve-outs, where he is recognized for helping management teams anticipate challenges, balance stakeholder interests and navigate what is often a once-in-a-lifetime and highly sensitive process.
As Global Head of Transaction Services, he shapes the strategic direction of KPMG’s due diligence practice and works closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory and Consulting to support clients on their transaction-to-transformation journeys. Josh has also had the privilege of leading KPMG’s Global Consumer & Retail sector for Deal Advisory, bringing together a highly connected international community of deal professionals to support clients throughout the full M&A and transformation lifecycle. In addition to his global leadership responsibilities, he serves as co-Global Lead Partner for one of KPMG's largest consumer clients.
