Jan-Philipp has over 10 years of professional experience in financial and transaction advisory, as well as in turnarounds and restructurings in special situations. He has a proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex projects across a range of industries.

      In his roles, Jan-Philipp has developed extensive expertise in the following areas:

      • Turnaround and restructuring advisory, including identification, analysis, assessment and implementation of strategic options (out-of-court or in-court)
      • Preparation and assessment of business plans and liquidity plans in the context of transactions, restructurings, financings or strategic reviews of business units
      • Analysis, design and execution of value-creation initiatives, cost-reduction programs and organizational transformations
      • Providing support during discussions and negotiations with stakeholders (e.g. lenders), including moderation and pre-soundings
      • Distressed M&A and financial due diligence buy-side or sell-side in special situations
      • Valuation of companies, assets and intellectual property

      Jan-Philipp studied Business Administration (Bachelor) and Banking and Finance (Master) at the University of St. Gallen. In addition, he holds the CFA designation awarded by the CFA Institute.
