KPMG China Leading PropTech50 · 2025 REBC^AI New Intelligence Practice Case Selection Campaign Officially Launched

Since the first list was published in 2021, KPMG China has held this annual PropTech 50 event for four consecutive years, dedicated to researching and promoting innovation and practice in real estate technology. The evolution of market dynamics continually broadens the scope and vision of the initiative. 

As AI transforms industries, real estate stands at a pivotal junction. Disruptive technologies like AI reshape traditional paradigms, redefine business logic, and chart new growth paths.

KPMG China Leading PropTech 50 · 2025 REBC ^AI New Intelligence Practice Campaign invites industry pioneers to collaborate in launching a new growth cycle powered by intelligence. The initiative aims to bolster the real estate sector amidst uncertainty and enable its next chapter of AI-enabled rebirth.

As of August 31 2025, companies participating in the evaluation must have been operational for at least nine months.

Participating in the KPMG China Leading PropTech 50 selection not only helps enhance the brand influence of selected enterprises within the industry but also enables them to leverage an authoritative platform to expand potential markets and capital networks. This lays a more solid and sustainable foundation for their medium- to long-term development.

• Upholding KPMG’s century-long tradition of professionalism and rigor, the evaluation committee conducts a comprehensive and in-depth assessment of all entries based on core judging criteria, ensuring a fair, professional, and industry-relevant selection process.
• Winning cases will be featured in a dedicated research report and promoted through media channels, further increasing the visibility of participating enterprises within the professional community and attracting attention from stakeholders, including industry investors. This visibility provides a strong foundation for future business growth, financing, and strategic partnerships.
• KPMG is committed to building a high-level platform for industry exchange. Selected cases will have opportunities to connect with upstream and downstream enterprises, technology partners, and strategic resource providers within the PropTech ecosystem. During the campaign, a series of in-person seminars will be held, offering select entries the chance to present their cases, engage in in-depth discussions, and exchange ideas with industry peers. These activities will not only enhance the professional image and industry influence of the cases but also foster cross-organizational collaboration, knowledge sharing, and business exploration—jointly driving innovation and steady development across the real estate sector.
