Here are some of the ways the KCC experience is personalised:
1. Site Tiles are customised according to client’s business and engagement needs
KCC tiles can be configured by activating or deactivating them to cater for various business scenarios, including Entities, Business segments and Locations, Interim and Final Audit stages, Information Submission (PBCs) requirements and relevant business Insights.
2. Access is tailored according to business entities and specific roles
For both KPMG and Client users, KCC portal access is configured per ‘Role’ with varied access to cater for various staff access segregations.
KCC access levels and permissions can be tailored for client staff according to business group, roles and level of seniority: such as board members, finance department, HR department, etc.
Customised views are provided through multi-level permission controls. This functionality makes it flexible enough to address an organisation’s varied access-control requirements.
3. Personalised and customised information requests and status updates
When clients see and submit information on the KCC portal, the dashboard interface is tailored to the specific circumstances of the engagement: including entities, information request (PBC) lists, due dates, both KPMG and client responsible persons, etc.
4. Industry insights tailored to client business’s needs and industry
KCC acts a one-stop-shop for our clients to access customised alerts on the latest thought leadership that can help them address their business challenges.
