Conducting internal control assessment or delivering assurance services that focus on the design and operating effectiveness of the internal control system, identifying control weaknesses and inefficiencies, providing corrective recommendations, and issuing an assurance report.

Providing health check, gap analysis, or due diligence services on an organisation’s processes and controls, including identifying and assessing emerging risks, reviewing or reinforcing risk response from multiple dimensions including policies and procedures, process operations, and control activities, to meet regulatory compliance and business development needs.

Assisting clients, particularly financial institutions, in assessing or providing assurance over risk management, compliance, governance, and internal monitoring, with an aim to identifying and remediating non-compliance or weaknesses and enhancing the confidence of regulators, shareholders, and other stakeholders in management effectiveness and efficiency.
