      A successful year for the colour blue

      I am delighted that despite the economic challenges I am able to assess 2023 positively. Despite the recession, our firm managed to grow by almost 9% and achieved our highest turnover ever. We invested the entire increase in turnover in recruiting new reinforcements and in employee remuneration and benefits.

      In employee welfare, we decided to increase the budget for team social events, increase the points in the cafeteria benefit system, introduce an employee MultiSport card allowance and increase the meal allowance for business trips by 25%. We also launched a new Healthy Firm programme, and our employees now can take part in health-related activities every month.

      We also invested heavily in the working environment of our people. Employees in the Prague office can use newly renovated meeting rooms and the Brno office has moved into the modern Vlněna building with BREEAM certification, a standard of best practice in building design with an emphasis on sustainability.

      Sustainability is important in all other aspects of our business as well and we are constantly striving to move forward in this area. We apply circular economy principles in our offices and are committed to sustainable operations. We have developed an employee grant programme to support our employees when they want to contribute to their community or need help in a difficult life situation.

      We assist both Czech and international firms in their sustainable approach and with our know-how support their steps towards sustainable operations. We also help them to cope with the increasing requirements in ESG and nonfinancial reporting.

      I appreciate the year-round commitment and professional approach of all my colleagues. Without it, we would not be able to provide the highest quality service. I thank our clients for repeatedly placing their trust in us.
