Path to sustainability

Utilising our professional knowledge and competence, we accompany non-profit organisations and social businesses on their path towards sustainability. With the expertise of our employees, every year we help non-profits and social business find new approaches to the resolution of their problems.
Our Path to Sustainability programme offers three types of support to non-profit organisations:
- Professional training:
- Our experts provide free training sessions for representatives of non-profit organisations. The topics of the training are financial management, basic legal knowledge, tax issues and marketing.
- Mentoring programme:
- Each organisation can benefit from 16 hours of consultation. Nonprofit organisations are matched with mentors based on their needs and the expertise of KPMG staff.
- Service Grants:
- This is a commercial service provided by KPMG to nonprofit organizations at a nominal cost. Organizations go through a selection process.
In the reporting period, we organised six training sessions, engaged four organisations in a mentoring programme and awarded three service grants. In total, we provided 3,982 hours of professional care to nonprofit organisations.
