Sustainability report 2025

We see sharing non-financial information as a matter of fairness and transparency towards all our stakeholders. That’s why we’ve been publishing a sustainability report since 2012.

We follow circular economy principles

We help our colleagues learn about sustainability and show them how to reduce waste—not just at work, but at home as well. We promote circular thinking and keep increasing the share of waste that gets recycled.

At our Prague office, we compost organic waste and separate coffee grounds so they can be reused.

We help where it matters most

We regularly organise events focused on environmental sustainability and current social issues, working together with non-profits and social enterprises. Our goal is to support society, the economy, and the environment.

In FY2025:

- 282 of us took part in hands-on volunteering

- employees donated CZK 301,515 to non-profits

- KPMG contributed CZK 1,565,000 in total.

We care about our company culture

Every year, we ask our people how they feel at work through our global employee survey (GPS). We want to know what’s working well—and where we can improve.

In FY2025, employees especially appreciated career growth opportunities, where we improved our score by another 2% year on year. We also saw a similar increase in ratings for work environment and support (+3%).

Ethics and integrity

All employees, as well as external parties, can use the KPMG International Hotline or our whistleblowing system to report concerns or unethical behaviour.
