Martin is an attorney at law with a wealth of experience and has been with KPMG Legal from its early beginnings. He graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University. He specialises in corporate law, transactions and restructuring, regulatory issues and labour law. He has extensive experience in court and arbitration proceedings, both on a domestic and international level. He regularly presents and publishes in his fields of expertise.
