Viktor has more than 11 years experience in providing legal services for numerous Czech and foreign clients. He specializes in legal services in the area of commercial law (including M&A) and public law regulation. Viktor advised foreign investors on entering the Czech market, including providing corporate law advisory within one of the biggest investment in the country’s history. He also advised on the restructuring of Czech and international companies in the issues of corporate law, labour law and supplier-purchaser relationship, including numerous mergers.
