      Martin works in the Consulting department, where he focuses on creating client value and competitive advantage through digital innovation. He has managed digital strategies for Komerční banka and Société Générale, where he served as director of digital strategic studies in the French division. He founded and managed KB Open Banking and was one of the three original founders of the Czech Banking Identity (Bank iD). He also focuses on AI, sustainability, electromobility, and other technological trends of the future. He holds a PhD in Systems Engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. He lectures and coaches.
