Filip graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. At KPMG he leads the SME transformation team. He mainly helps with setting up thorough financial reporting and with optimizing and digitizing internal operational processes. He has also managed several large projects for global market players. He has worked for companies in telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy and transportation. He also has experience in due diligence in the preparation of transactions or integration or separation of companies. He was instrumental in the creation of a data warehouse for automated accounting processing as part of a digital business transformation.
