Vladimír has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector. He has participated in the implementation of major projects and worked as a project manager and sales director. In recent years, he has also been involved in consulting in the energy sector, where he is particularly involved in the development of smart grids, automation, and digitization. At KPMG, he leads the Business Transformation team, where he specializes in transformation strategies, organizational changes, process optimization, and distribution mix settings. In the past, he led the automation and RPA team at KPMG and participated in IT and CX projects.
