We have revised our client’s supplier management process (onboarding and order placement), created new internal directives, trained the employees and helped set up performance and risk management reporting systems.
We provided a public sector client with a feasibility study and a range of analyses that helped them define the requirements for a new information system. We helped gather documents to apply for funding from European funds and subsequently created technical specifications and a draft of Terms and Conditions, supporting the client during supplier selection as well.
To help a client reduce operational costs, we reviewed their current contracts and proposed a revised service configuration and purchasing process, driving operational costs down by over 30%.
