      We have revised our client’s supplier management process (onboarding and order placement), created new internal directives, trained the employees and helped set up performance and risk management reporting systems.

      Preparation Of a New Information System and Supplier Selection

      We provided a public sector client with a feasibility study and a range of analyses that helped them define the requirements for a new information system.
