One in three companies will change its organisation in the next three years. Strategy change, cost reduction, centralisation, implementation of regulatory requirements, adaptation of the business model and the digital transformation of the market are the driving factors.

Medium-sized companies and organisations cannot escape the constant change either. In addition, organic growth in new locations or new markets in particular requires companies to establish stringent management for the transformation.
