Administration often consists of repetitive tasks. Checking receipts, filling out documents, posting invoices. Employees often carry out this routine work in a kind of automatism, which nevertheless ties up their energy. There is then no time for strategic and creative tasks.

How can robots support the HR department?

Fortunately, the new, intelligent computer programmes are excellent at automating processes and workflows. This is why Deutsche Telekom's HR department is now adding bots for certain HR processes. Using robotics process automation, they have already taken over and automated more than 10,000 business transactions.

Together with Telekom, we identified the processes and tasks to be taken over and initiated communication within the company. Hoping for acceptance, the enthusiasm among employees has become so great that they are even developing the bots further. While the bots sort documents, employees can now concentrate on strategic tasks and processes again. The digital transformation enables Deutsche Telekom's HR department to spend more time on topics such as talent recruitment and personnel development. The first step towards a value-adding future has thus been taken. However, the digital transformation continues and the next projects are already being analysed.

We will show you how you and your employees can focus on your actual strengths.
