Mikk joined KPMG in 2011 and is the Head of Tax Advisory service line for mergers and acquisitions. Mikk has over 10 years of experience in tax advisory and conducting tax audits. Additionally, he has been the project manager for several international mergers and acquisitions for more than 8 years and has coordinated and carried out various tax structuring projects.
