KPMG Trainee program
The KPMG Trainee program offers opportunities across all our service lines: Audit, Tax & Legal, and Advisory Services, as well as in our business support functions.
The program is aimed at 3rd to 5th year and recently graduated university and university of applied science students who have a background in Business, Law, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths).
The trainee positions are paid, full-time, and last typically from 3 to 6 months, depending on the role. While most of the positions are based in Helsinki, there are also open positions at other KPMG office locations across Finland.

What are we looking for in a KPMG Trainee?
- 3-5 years of university studies or recently graduated in Business, Law or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths)
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn and develop oneself
- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in our industry
- Previous experience in the field or other relevant skills and knowledge can be considered as an advantage
