Our teams work with multinational publicly listed companies, family-owned and growth businesses, public sector entities, and non-profit organizations. Our experts can also specialize in areas such as specific industry sectors, IFRS reporting, audit technology, or ESG assurance.

We offer students in the final stages of their studies and recent graduates the opportunity to explore our industry, the operations of our various business areas, and KPMG as an employer through our Trainee program. Applications for the Trainee program are open twice a year. You can learn more about the program through the link below.
We review applications during the application period and aim to contact all applicants as soon as possible after the application deadline. We will reach out by phone to the most suitable candidates, inviting them for an interview. Interviews are conducted either remotely via Teams or in person.
Every employee participates in a structured onboarding program and, when possible, starts their first day at a dedicated onboarding session for new employees. Each new KPMG employee is also assigned a peer advisor to assist with the transition into their new role.
At KPMG, we work with a flexible, adaptable, and collaborative hybrid model, where work is divided between the office, home, and client sites—depending on the tasks, role, client engagement requirements, and personal preferences. Remote work from abroad may also be possible if certain conditions are met.
For some roles, we require fluency in Finnish, which will be mentioned in the job posting. The internal working language at KPMG Finland is English. We serve our clients both locally and internationally, and depending on the client and the role, the emphasis may be on proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, or English.

We frequently receive inquiries from students regarding thesis and research collaboration. While we are happy to support student research whenever possible, we currently do not have any available projects for thesis or dissertation work, and we are not participating in external final projects at this time.
