Tonia is a Director in KPMG Greece, in the People Services Advisory unit. With more than 18 years of consulting experience in KPMG, she is committed to employee development. Tonia specializes in Talent Management services, demonstrating in-depth know-how in competency based assessments (Assessment / Development Centers, 360 Feedback programs etc), formulation of personal development plans and in the design of career paths. She is also responsible for KPMG Institute, leading the design and implementation of training courses for key Greek and multinational companies. She also oversees the outplacement cervices provided to employees in transition.
