    Our award winning KPMG Business School will provide a bespoke training programme that will help you to develop personally as well as professionally.

    To support your degree studies, you will have 1 day off each week throughout your university semesters. Once you progress to the professional exams, we also offer exceptional study leave to support you to obtain your exams.

    We are at an exciting time in auditing, where technology is changing how we all work. At KPMG, we are at the forefront of adopting sophisticated tools to make sense of the explosion of data in our market. As an audit team member, you will learn how to integrate technology in the audit whilst providing clients with the highest quality insights into their businesses.

    The Turnaround and Restructuring practice offers businesses in difficulty a clear way forward. We identify problems, provide analysis and facilitate in the development and implementation of business strategies.

    Our team of professionals advise organisations, suppliers and borrowers to help identify, evaluate and implement opportunities to restore stability and confidence, unlock and create lasting value and improve operational and financial performance to the benefit of all stakeholders.

    You will be working on projects such as:

    • Advising companies in financial difficulty
    • Formulating turnaround strategies
    • Insolvency appointments
    • Litigation support on contract disputes and claims
    • The provision of investigation services, including fraud, financial misstatements and misconduct

    What we are looking for

    KPMG are looking for bright and ambitious students that have strong motivation to work in professional services, specifically Audit or Turnaround & Restructuring. Students that want to bypass the full university experience but gain a higher level degree while working and earning money.

    Minimum requirements are AAB in your A Level qualifications (or equivalent), preferably with Maths or Business as one of your subjects.

    Students must be able to demonstrate ambition, career motivation, business acumen and have a desire to learn from this experience with KPMG. This will be assessed through an assessment day.

    Students should be from Northern Ireland and be available to work in our Belfast office
