Siobhan is a Managing Director in Corporate Finance specialising in Healthcare sector M&A, debt and equity financing transactions.
Siobhan has over 15 years’ experience in advising on international and domestic corporate finance deals across a range of healthcare sub-sectors including private hospitals, nursing homes, domiciliary care, primary care, pharmacy and healthcare supply chain.
Siobhan completed a Bachelor of Commerce (International) at University College Dublin and holds a Diploma in Corporate Finance. Siobhan is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
