Marie is a partner in our Corporate Tax Group in Belfast. She has over 15 years’ experience advising Northern Irish, UK and international clients on UK corporate issues across a wide range of sectors.
Marie advises both UK based subsidiaries of foreign parents and a diverse group of indigenous UK companies. Marie has particular experience advising asset management and global aviation clients, who have UK operations.
Marie has also advised numerous clients on restructuring and M&A transactions.
