Niall is a Fellow of the RICS/SCSI with 20 years’ experience and an LLM in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. He co-heads KPMG’s Construction Advisory Mission Critical Division and specialises in procurement, project delivery, and commercial/contract management.
Niall has experience delivering a range of commercial management services for clients, developers, and contractors, with a strong background in infrastructure projects. His experience includes European data centre programmes, major housing, transport, and landmark international projects such as Crossrail and Dubai Metro.
Niall has also served as an RICS APC Assessor and delivered FIDIC training.
