Colm is Head of People and Operations for KPMG in Ireland with overall responsibility for the firm's People, Marketing and IT functions.
Colm has a particular interest in ensuring KPMG recruits and retains the best people at both graduate and experienced professional level whilst reinforcing our reputation for providing market leading training and career development opportunities.
Colm is also a member of KPMG’s Global People steering group and the former COO of the KPMG Global People team.
