Mike is a partner with over 25 years in KPMG’s audit practice where he has responsibility for many of the firm's SEC registrants and other entities raising funds in the United States.
Formerly a partner in KPMG's New York and London offices, Mike has extensive experience in U.S. GAAP, securities offerings and cross-border capital raising. He advises clients in the private equity, pharmaceuticals, energy services, technology and real estate industries and currently works with a number of U.S. multinationals in Ireland.
