Teresa is a director in KPMG’s Finance Transformation and Performance team with over 20 years experience leading complex finance transformation, treasury transformation and performance improvement programmes.
She has acted as finance director and CFO for many clients on secondment, leading budgeting, reporting, governance and strategic decision making. Teresa has delivered major assignments across Ireland, the UK, Europe, the US and South America, with extensive experience in restructuring, working capital, cash management and transformation embedded throughout her portfolio.
She is recognised for driving strategic financial insight, enhancing governance frameworks and supporting senior leadership in delivering sustainable performance.
