Andrew is a director and Real Estate sector lead in KPMG Corporate Finance.
He advises several of Ireland’s most successful property developers as well as institutional investors, private equity, family offices, lenders and state bodies deploying capital into the Irish Real Estate market.
Andrew specialises in complex M&A and property transactions, including platform divestments, new joint ventures, preferred equity capital raises, forward funds and sale and lease back transactions. He also has extensive experience advising on large development and investment debt raises across all real estate sectors.
Andrew’s advisory services have supported the successful deployment of more than €2bn of capital into the Irish real estate market in the last 24 months (2024 and 2025).
Finally, Andrew has been a trusted advisor to various State entities and industry bodies on capital market conditions for the development of residential property in Ireland including the Department of Finance, Land Development Agency and Property Industry Ireland.
